DUET Silk Hair Ties

All shipping is free to UK residents and a flat fee applies for European and International locations. We do not currently ship to the USA or CANADA.

Pre-orders:

All pre-orders will be shipped on or around the specified timeframe on the product page at the time of purchase. (normally around 6 weeks from the purchase date).

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 days (excluding UK bank holidays and Sundays). For pre-orders, see more information above.

Standard Royal Mail Shipping (5 - 7 business days):  £7.50 (£15 over 2kg)

INTERNATIONAL (excl. USA & Canada):

Standard Royal Mail Tracked Shipping (7-10 business days): £15.00 (£35 over 2kg)

USA & CANADA:

We do not currently ship to the USA or CANADA.

Please note: we, unfortunately, have no control over international customs fees and import charges incurred for any given country. Customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed. All estimated delivery times exclude customs processing times.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase but if for any reason you want to return your item(s), here are the steps you need to take:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To start a return please email us at contact@thenakedrange.co.uk or fill out our contact us form stating which item(s) you would like to return, the reason for return and your order number.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unopened
• Unused/As-new
• Returned in the original packaging
• All seals must be in place and intact or else we will have to assume the product has been opened and used

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used hair products or cosmetics.

Obtaining a tracking number or proof of postage from the courier is advised when returning the item(s) in case of any delivery issues after sending your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@thenakedrange.co.uk.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a purchased item is returned to us after failure to deliver to the address specified by the customer during the checkout process, you will be liable for the cost to re-ship the item(s).

Buy One Get One Promotions (BLACK FRIDAY)

Where an item(s) qualifies for a discount contingent on the purchase of other items as part of the same offer,  if you later wish to make a return, please note that all items purchased under the same offer will need to be returned together to qualify for a full refund.

The above eligibility rules still apply to each item returned.

If all items under the same offer are not returned together (partially returned), or one or more items are found to be ineligible for a refund, the offer discount will no longer apply and the full price of the kept/ineligible product prior to any applied discounts will be deducted from the refund total.

Any ineligible items returned to us can be shipped back to the original purchase address on request however a shipping fee will be charged.

Sale items

Refunds on sale items will be equal to the initial amount paid for the item at the time of purchase.

30-Day Trial

If you purchased under a 30-day trial special offer the following conditions apply to your order:

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Trial refunds will only be issued for ONE unsealed product per customer address (additional open/used products are subject to our standard return policy above.
• Return requests for trial orders (including any additional sale items purchased at checkout) must be made within 30 days of delivery, after this time returns will no longer be accepted.

Any Other Issues

If there's an issue with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us via email and raise the issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
